After having flown my medium size dog from West Africa to Paris then driven us to Calais it was a relief to be met with Mourad who could speak French and knew the process inside out. My dog was able to travel in the back of the car with me, not in her crate, which helped with keeping her calm throughout the journey. Further, Mourad had even brought drinks in case we needed them during the journey which added a personal touch.
Outside of the actual journey booking with Pet Travel Abroad was very simple and straight forward, they were very responsive to any questions/messaged I sent and provided all the details in a easy to digest format. I will definitely be recommending their service to other pet travellers.

My wife and I are back with Pet Travel Abroad after taking a break since 2018 while we traveled the London to France route in our own car.

I wanted to write and say that Mourad was an incredible driver. He was so kind, kept us very comfortable and calm after we had an awful flight. We felt so taken care of and he made sure we got through customs smoothly and easily. I would recommend him to anyone I know who needs to move their pet over to the UK. He was fabulous and just overall a great driver!

I would give 5+ stars for the professional and enjoyable service Waheed provided on both our crossings of the Channel.
He was on time on both occasions to pick us up and is such a pleasure to accompany us through the pet control and the train crossing.
We have used Folkestone Pet Taxi since 2014 and have always had excellent Service from staff in arranging the booking, with my many questions, and from the different drivers who have chaperoned us through the Channel crossing.
For pet owners who want to travel to and from the UK without the use of a car, this is a most needed service as alternative methods (ferries and outbound airplanes) are not nearly as enjoyable or available. Your taxi service that allows the pet to sit comfortably with the owners gives the pet and owners a very relaxed and
efficient ride.

I haven’t used the service yet, but it has been a pleasure to talk to the managers! They answered all my questions and were so nice that I can’t wait to book another trip!

So lucky to find this Pet Taxi service. A great company with Steph making the booking seamless .
Octavian the driver messaged me the night before to reassure me .
I arrived early and messaged him and the immediate reply way he would come as soon as he could . Indeed he was so very kind and helpful .Carrying all my luggage ( lots ) . Making me and Isla comfortable in his car . Even when my Hire Car in Calais was not ready he was calm and kind and so helpful with all my luggage and making sure Isla my puppy was safe . I think he went further to make sure I was OK . So thank you again Octavian for a superb service that I will use again .

Everything went well and smooth. Octavian was already waiting at the station and helped on all the steps on the customs for the Pet.
