I hope you’re well. Thanks so much for this, appreciated. John was incredible, what a credit to your company. His knowledge and calm were a real shoulder drop – I find the whole thing really nerve racking at the mo – the Vets don’t really know what pets are supposed to have and the info on the websites is contradictory so he was so reassuring.
Thanks again for all your help in guiding me through the booking and for the hotel recommendations – Holiday Inn was great and so close.

Hi Stef,
Just to let you know that my father is now back in the country. The taxi driver, Haroun, did a brilliant job of dealing with very difficult Channel Tunnel employees on the French side and the French border force. I was on the other end of the phone and heard them questioning everything, beyond their remit. I also heard them ask for the same document 3 times, when they had already seen it. I have reported what happened to the British Consulate.
Haroun spoke to my father respectfully and generally took care of him on the crossing. Our family is very grateful to him. Please pass on our thanks.

Hi Stef,
Just wanted to say thank you for getting me and my dog across the channel to the different destinations safe and sound, especially today as I know it was a hard journey having to do so late all the way to Paris. George was an absolute gentleman about it all, and before I fell asleep (hehe) we had a great chat.
I truly appreciate the work you all do, and I had a phenomenal and seamless experience both ways. I will definitely be recommending you to many friends and I am sure we will speak again in the future for other journeys. I cannot praise John and George enough, please send them my gratitude if you’re able to, I wish I’d carried cash or something to give them but I always forget those things, stupidly…
Do you guys have a trustpilot or TripAdvisor or some sort of online presence I could write a stellar review on?

Thank you for arranging the trip, Les was a delight to be around and the journey would not have bene the same without his company.
He went above and beyond to help with pick-up and with all paperwork at Border Control. As I said to him, I would like to send him a tip to say thank you as I didn’t have any notes on me yesterday.
I can see you have refunded the £210 back to me already, thank you for this. Would you be able to charge the card again for £40 and get this to Les?
Alternatively please advise on the best way to do this. If Les has a PayPal account he is happy for me to have I can transfer straight to him.
