Good morning Stef,
Thank you for arranging the trip, Les was a delight to be around and the journey would not have bene the same without his company.
He went above and beyond to help with pick-up and with all paperwork at Border Control. As I said to him, I would like to send him a tip to say thank you as I didn’t have any notes on me yesterday.
I can see you have refunded the £210 back to me already, thank you for this. Would you be able to charge the card again for £40 and get this to Les?
Alternatively please advise on the best way to do this. If Les has a PayPal account he is happy for me to have I can transfer straight to him.

I also wanted to give some feedback: the trip was seamless both from the admin side and then the journey itself. Ashley and Stef were informed and quick to reply in the booking process and Haroun was a great and polite driver. I would highly recommend this service to someone else, especially if they’re going through the stress of travelling with pets.

Trip was lovely, (sorry for being so tired and don’t enjoy it enough).
Haroun, the driver was very helpful, he drove smoothe and he knows all the tricks to pass in no time the checks and controls in the tunnel.
Be sure that I will suggest, your “Pet Travel” company to all my friends pet lovers I know.

Hi Stef,
I just wanted to write a quick review.
It was a fantastic and trouble-free ride. Les picked-up Maverick and I and drove us to the Euro Tunnel. He was super knowledgeable about the Pet clearance procedure, consequently we have gone through it very quickly. You have suggested for me to by the Flexible Plus ticket and I would strongly recommend for people to buy it if they can afford. t is like buying a Business class ticket. It has a special queue, it has a lounge before you get into to the train with toilets, free snacks (Coffee, tea, sandwiches and even dog treats..) and of course you pick up the first available train and jump in front of the queue even ahead of people with booked places. It was an excellent recommendation as a first-time traveller by car on the Euro Tunnel like me. Again, Les is a supper nice person and I am very thankful, we had a fantastic ride. I would definitely recommend your company and I would give overall a 5 Star Service.
