I also wanted to give some feedback: the trip was seamless both from the admin side and then the journey itself. Ashley and Stef were informed and quick to reply in the booking process and Haroun was a great and polite driver. I would highly recommend this service to someone else, especially if they’re going through the stress of travelling with pets.

Trip was lovely, (sorry for being so tired and don’t enjoy it enough).
Haroun, the driver was very helpful, he drove smoothe and he knows all the tricks to pass in no time the checks and controls in the tunnel.
Be sure that I will suggest, your “Pet Travel” company to all my friends pet lovers I know.

Hi Stef,
I just wanted to write a quick review.
It was a fantastic and trouble-free ride. Les picked-up Maverick and I and drove us to the Euro Tunnel. He was super knowledgeable about the Pet clearance procedure, consequently we have gone through it very quickly. You have suggested for me to by the Flexible Plus ticket and I would strongly recommend for people to buy it if they can afford. t is like buying a Business class ticket. It has a special queue, it has a lounge before you get into to the train with toilets, free snacks (Coffee, tea, sandwiches and even dog treats..) and of course you pick up the first available train and jump in front of the queue even ahead of people with booked places. It was an excellent recommendation as a first-time traveller by car on the Euro Tunnel like me. Again, Les is a supper nice person and I am very thankful, we had a fantastic ride. I would definitely recommend your company and I would give overall a 5 Star Service.

Hi Stef,
I arrived early and Haroun was there. He was terrific, calm as a cucumber, yet got us onto a much earlier shuttle with 10 minutes to spare without me realising there was any rush! It made my drive to our hotel near Heathrow really easy, being before the traffic jams and in daylight.
Your drivers are all terrific except for that one guy several years ago. Please pass on to your colleagues and any boss that Haroun is great. The service you offer from beginning to end is fantastic, of course including you and Ashley. You are so clear, organised and deliver to the T.
I hope you all have a good Christmas and let’s hope that 2021 is an improvement on 2020.

I just want to say thank you…
Thank you for everything you did prior to, and during Gizmo’s pickup.
Its been hugely stressful time getting my little chap back from China and you guys made things so much easier for me. You were helpful right from the word go when I sent you the first enquiry months ago. Reassuring as to what would happen at each stage even though I couldn’t be at any of it. So helpful and friendly on the phone and everything went just as you said it would. (that said, if there had been any issues I feel sure you or George would have just got on and dealt with it!)
Thank you again, and Gizmo is settling in to his new life by the sea like he was never anywhere else!
