What a great service Octavian provided today! Not only did he pick me up right on time, he also managed to squeeze us on the Shuttle much earlier, thus enabling me to catch a train (with two minutes to spare!) at Folkestone West more than an hour earlier than planned!

I wanted to write and say that Mourad was an incredible driver. He was so kind, kept us very comfortable and calm after we had an awful flight. We felt so taken care of and he made sure we got through customs smoothly and easily. I would recommend him to anyone I know who needs to move their pet over to the UK.
