Re: Pet travel to Europe
I just wanted to write and say thank you so much for your help in getting myself, my daughter and Dolly safely to Barcelona – your booking and switching things around to fit in with our travel was really helpful.
Hameed was an absolute joy to travel with and took care of us all really well. It was great to have somebody so knowledgeable about the system and we felt very safe with him and on top of that he was wonderful company.
The whole service you offer is brilliant – thank you!
We spoke briefly about my friend’s dilemma of getting her large American Bull Dog back from Barcelona to the UK as she is unable to travel with her on public transport. Would you be able to give a costing for picking up in Barcelona and driving through Spain and France back to Folkestone.
Just to reassure you I have now met the dog (Tula) who is super-friendly and not the slightest bit dangerous..

Hello, we used your service on 6th May to transport me, my mum and her dog from Folkestone to Calais. I would like to say what a fantastic service we received. The driver was waiting for us at the station, he was helpful, courteous, professional and overall a genuinely nice man.
My mum travels with her dog at least three times a year and has always had to rely on the kindness of friends, in her words your company \’have freed her\’. From this, you will no doubt realise we will be using you again, my mum has a trip planned in September and will require return journey from Calais, so I will contact you nearer the time.
Once again, thank you for the professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and most importantly making the journey so easy. My mum is once again happy to travel alone with her dog.

David you have solved a huge challenge, that has stopped me being able to travel home with the dogs for the last 18 months on my own. In future I will be able to give you much more notice and how to be able spend a week or so in the UK within the next month or so. You will of course be my first and only call.
I seriously am impressed with your service and the time you have taken to help me.
You have a loyal client pre using the service.

I have been meaning to write this since our return from holiday. Your driver , Stewart, took us from Folkestone to Calais and back in September.
It was just to say we really appreciated how pleasant and helpful he was. He made the journey a pleasure.
