I just wanted to send a message of thanks for your amazing customer service on our recent journey from Paris to Folkestone (via Channel Tunnel) with our precious dog. Right from the first enquiry through to our delivery in Folkestone everyone has been totally supportive, professional and helpful, a special mention to Stef for very kindly answering all of my questions putting me completely at ease and also arguing our case with the Channel Tunnel when they wanted to change train times!!

Just want to say thank you for the great service in getting myself and Henry the dog from Brussels Railway Station back home to Deal.
Haroun met us promptly at Brussels and was kind and courteous for the whole journey and made the pet immigration process stress free.

I would like to thank you for an excellent service. Stef was great in providing quotations and various options to make the journey for my cat and I as quick and stress free as possible. The driver, Stewart Weller was fantastic. He was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport in Belguim and was incredibly helpful. It was so nice to have a taxi driver who cares for animals and knew exactly what to do when we did the Eurotunnel crossing to the UK. He escorted me through the process of having the cats microchip checked and we made excellent timing. I highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the services – my driver arrived perfectly on-time, and was a pleasure to speak with along the journey. He also helped me with any questions I had along the way about process through pet checks, etc. You have a very good service offering, and are one of the only companies that offer pet taxis – and I personally think you do a wonderful job. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I will for sure be booking my return trip with you in a few months, and I will spread the word on your company to others that are in need of the same long-haul drive.
