Good morning Stef,
I am writing to say what a pleasure it was traveling yesterday and for giving me an exceptional driver, Haroun. He was amazing! He was pleasant and polite and friendly and an excellent driver. He got us to the Chunnel whilst avoiding a massive backup on the motorway and got me to my destination ahead if schedule.
He also helped me connect with my host who was not here when we arrived and helped me with my heavy luggage to get it inside the hallway where I waited for my host. He felt badly leaving me but I insisted I was fine and I knew he had a long trip home.
In short, my 3 trips across the Channel with Folkstone have been exceptional and Haroun was the best! What a nice person!
And thanks to you for getting the ticket change to the FlexPass. Without that change, we would have been stuck for hours in a long queue and I would have been late instead of early.
All in all I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Folkstone Taxi to anyone who needed superior transport across the Channel!

I just wanted to drop you an email now that both Ewok and I are home safe and we’ve had a bit of sleep.
Kenny is amazing. Such an asset to your company. He’s such a lovely man, so helpful and accommodating. Helped me with everything, so that I wouldn’t stress throughout the trip.
I will HIGHLY recommend your company and Kenny to any of my other UK friends that are planning to bring their pets to the UK from Cambodia.
I can’t explain how happy I am that the journey was so smooth and that was down to you guys and Kenny.

A huge thank you to you and your Team for the excellent Pet-Taxi-Service. Your driver Garry did a great job and got us really fast through the eurochannel last Saturday. The whole journey was just perfect and Garry was very nice. That we could do the whole administration part in advance by Email was also just perfect.

Hi Stef,
I just wanted to say thank you again for organising our transport from Paris Orly airport through to Folkestone train station.
I also wanted to say a huge thank you to Haroun our driver for this journey he was nothing short of brilliant.
With the strikes in Paris on our day of travel he battled through the traffic congestion and road accidents to pick us at the airport and we set off on our journey, only to be halted again by the large volume of traffic on the road, as Haroun knew we had specific times we needed to meet to make connections for the tunnel crossing and our onward travel arrangements up to Newcastle he was constantly checking different route options to avoid traffic jams and get us to where we needed to be on time.
We laughed and joked along the journey but the funniest part of it (I wished I had taken a video of this) was when we literally had 7 minutes to spare to make it through the pet control centre and make our connecting train through the tunnel, was when Haroun leapt out of the car to beat a number of other pet owners who were making there way into the pet reception and raced passed them ( I use the word raced but Ussain Bolt would not have beaten Haroun in a 100m sprint that day), having gone through pet control in about a minute we all leapt back in the car and raced to the train entrance, he by passed 4 dithering drivers on route at about 200mph to get us the last place on that train.
Without Haroun’s brilliant driving and forward thinking we would not have made any of our connections so a huge thank you to Haroun for being amazing!!!!

Hello, I would just like to say how great Frances was today. We had a bit of an issues with the dogs paper work that required us to go to a local vet and all the time frances was very helpful and great at keeping me calm.
However the most amazing gesture from frances was when she shared her lunch with me and my dog which was hugely appreciated as after 20 hours of travwlling i was very thirsty and hungry.
Frances was so kind and thoughtful and really made the experience of going through the tunnel a lot better even with the hiccups we encountered.
She is a lovely lady and I just wished to share my gratitude.

Just emailing you to let you know that we had an amazing experience coming back with Garry. He made us feel so comfortable and my brother and boyfriend found him hilarious. Didn’t even realise when the journey ended. Not once he made us feel that he is not happy with our pug or his hair. He dealt with everything so smoothly. Would definitely use you guys more and would love Garry to pick us up in the future too.
Apologies for the delay in emailing. Just wanted to applaud you guys for carrying out such a great service. I will definitely tell others about you.

Thank you so much for helping transport Balthazar across to the UK, and at such last minute!
Everything went very smoothly, from the pick up to the drop off, and Balthazar was treated extremely well.
I will no doubt use again if I travel back/fourth to Italy and will 100% recommend.
