Dear Stef,
I would like to thank you again for helping me bringing my cats from Calais to London. I was so stressed about this long trip from Italy and worried for my two cats, you were responsive all the time, very friendly and incredibly patient!
Everything worked out perfectly. Geoff is a kind and great driver and made my trip very smooth and pleasant. He arrived earlier than expected at the hotel, he helped me at the pet reception on the Calais terminal and we got to my house earlier than expected.
I will definitely be using your service again and will be recommending your company to all my friends!

Guys huge thanks, nightmare of a journey but we made it.
Great service from you guys to help sort the issues with the changes and Paul was super efficient getting us organised and through in time despite the further delays we encountered.

Hi everyone at Pet Travel Abroad!
A big, big thank you for organising the trip from the UK to Croatia at such short notice. Everything went smoothly although it’s a rather long journey and we were all very tired!
This was my second journey and I must say that you’re the best! I have transferred cats and a dog in and out of the UK, and it was always a great experience!

I used your service twice this year, the first time in June which was really great. The driver was really nice, we were in advance.
Yesterday was a little bit special as I was bringing one of my cat who was missing for 7 months. I didn’t see her since last February.
So when I booked « in emergency » on Friday, Ashley was really nice answering all my questions and having me kind of rushing him as I needed to book flights and trains.
Then yesterday Patrick came to pick me up at Calais station and he was the loveliest.
We were in advance but he made sure I would be on time to get a train earlier and wouldn’t have to wait too long at Folkestone. He also checked trains in London for me on his phone.
Then when I was in my last train, he sent me a text to make sure I had all my trains and everything.
He was so nice.

I cannot recommend this service enough.
My partner, my cat and I got to our appointment with the driver, Cosmin, two hours late because of an emergency evacuation in Paris that made us miss our train.
Despite our delay and everything that followed – having to wait 4 hours for another passage through the Eurotunnel – Cosmin helped us with a positive attitude, offered to take us to London should the delay had us miss the last night train from Folkestone, kept us informed about everything that was going on. He has been our ray of hope at the end of a hellish weekend travelling back home with a very exhausted and traumatized cat. He went far and beyond to assist us and support us throughout despite a very difficult situation. In the end we caught the last train thanks to him.
We were very lucky to have Cosmin as our driver and I am thankful to Pet Taxi for their outstanding service from the start. Trust these guys, they know what they’re doing.

My wife and I would like to thank you for the excellent service you provided on 19th September. At a time when we were really low, having had an accident in our motorhome which we had to leave in the south of France, you provided much needed support. Your service was efficiency par excellence. All went according to plan. Kenny was superb and the whole experience was faultless. We have shared our experience with many of our friends and motorhome acquaintances and cannot praise you enough for solving the dog transport problem.
Once again thanks very much for being there and we hope that we will never need you again!!
