Everything went incredibly smoothly yesterday. Anna and, more importantly, Cioccolata, were thrilled with the entire experience. Haroun was friendly, great with Cioccolata, and got everyone from Paris to London safely. He was very knowledgeable of the process, a great driver and got them to London 2hours ahead of schedule. If there is any way to leave a glowing review other than this email, we would love to do that. If we ever need a pet taxi service again, we will look no further than yours, and recommend you to friends as well.

Hi Stef,
I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you so much for everything. It was a very smooth booking process including adding bits on such as extending our journey to London.
I also want to say thank you to our driver Ash. He turned up early to pick us up, took us through the pet section efficiently and also managed to get us onto a train an hour earlier than booked. This enabled us to get to London a lot earlier than planned and make it to Somerset tonight instead of tomorrow.
He was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend both your service as a company and also Ash as a driver.

Just wanted to write to say what an amazing service you provided. Paul was a superstar, right from the moment I called him and he reassured me when it was taking longer than I had imagined for Luna to appear through excess baggage. We were travelling for about 27hrs in total and couldn’t have done that last leg without you. Paul only concern was that we were comfortable. I have recommended you to two of my friends also repatriating.

This may seem like an after-thought, however I really meant to communicate earlier.
Your service driver; Haroun, collected me from CDG Paris with my two dogs and a cat on the 16th June 2020, and we journeyed to Folkestone from there.
Notable is that Haroun is a great ambassador to your company, extremely courteous, superb driver and very aware of what other drivers are doing almost instinctively. So, thanks to Haroun, it was an enjoyable experience.
From inception your company offered unbeatable service at a very cost effective price compared to the other alternatives. I would unreservedly recommend your company to everyone requiring the consideration of travelling with their pets. Again, thanks to Haroun for his attention and great assistance in respect of getting my pets through the Customs inspection.
