Dear team,
Now that we are all settled in Spain, Sashi, me and John wanted to thank you all for the help provided.
Since day one I felt I was dealing with a very professional company, replaying to my 1000 e-mails and waiting for us to make a decision.
My husband, who crossed the tunnel with Sashi, said Geoff was an excellent driver and super professional. He knew his stuff in terms of paperwork and were to go once in the Eurotunnel area. The drive was smooth and always on time. We are very thankful, you guys have helped us to spend Christmas all together, including our pup Sashi, in Spain.

Hi,
I have to thank Folkestone Taxi for the pet travel service from Paris to London, it was a great trip with our little dachshund and everything went smoothly.
In addition I have to say massive thank you to our driver Kenny. Friendly, helpful, respectful of our tiredness (we basically spelt whole trip), who dropped us literally in front of our doors.
Recommending to anyone who wants to travel with their pets to the UK.

I hope you’re well. Thanks so much for this, appreciated. John was incredible, what a credit to your company. His knowledge and calm were a real shoulder drop – I find the whole thing really nerve racking at the mo – the Vets don’t really know what pets are supposed to have and the info on the websites is contradictory so he was so reassuring.
Thanks again for all your help in guiding me through the booking and for the hotel recommendations – Holiday Inn was great and so close.

Hi Stef,
Just to let you know that my father is now back in the country. The taxi driver, Haroun, did a brilliant job of dealing with very difficult Channel Tunnel employees on the French side and the French border force. I was on the other end of the phone and heard them questioning everything, beyond their remit. I also heard them ask for the same document 3 times, when they had already seen it. I have reported what happened to the British Consulate.
Haroun spoke to my father respectfully and generally took care of him on the crossing. Our family is very grateful to him. Please pass on our thanks.
