We have recently moved to London from Belarus and then, sadly, were not able to take our 2 cats with us.
So we looked at any opportunity to do so later. And with the help of Pet Travel Abroad and our coolest driver Renato – that dream has come true in April. Renato picked us up at Charles de Gaulle airport in France and drove all the way to London.
During the drive we felt super save, calm and happy that we went with him.
The way did not seem long as we were engaged in a very lively conversation with Renato about life.
Thanks again a million times! Huge recommend for everyone!

Thank you so much for accommodating me once again, the journey was completed smoothly + far ahead of schedule yesterday and Patrick was fantastic.
Just a little feedback from me – I was added to the Eurotunnel ticket and received an e-mail containing the ticket information, but the request to add my PLF and vaccine certificate was quite far down in the e-mail and therefore I didn’t actually do this until Patrick collected me. It’s quite an easy thing to miss so some additional communication from you guys ahead of time would be very helpful in future

Wanted to thank you, your colleagues, and George for an amazing smooth, comforting and easy journey yesterday, everything has been great since the booking. Even through our communications the last two years you’ve been so helpful and comforting, I really appreciate it. As you told me now that we went through this once I saw how smooth and easy it was, it seemed so stressful and scary to me for the last three years this process I guess majorly due to covid and travel restrictions and constant changes. I am so happy I finally used your services and will be using it each time I need to travel back to the UK with my dog. Thank you for making everything so clear and for being so patient during this time and thank you for helping me finally get my dog to London. I dreamt about this day for the last three years so happy he is finally here.

Whilst the new year is still young, I would like to take this opportunity, which is way overdue in terms of the traveling arrangements that you kindly assisted me with.
Thank you for the excellent service, not only locally when in Folkestone, but on our trip to France.
Tiberius is super efficient, kind and has impeccable manners.
He kept calm, when we had a hitch with paperwork.
I do believe the customs lady offered to sort it out, due to the good working relationship they have with our charming Tiberius!!
In Lille he assisted with booking a Hotel near the station.
