Karsten’s kindness and his intimate knowledge of the process through official checkpoints like UK immigration made the trip a relaxing and delightful introduction to our time in the UK! He was interesting to chat with and we picked up some helpful knowledge about the region.

Flawless service
I have been using Pet Travel Abroad for the past two years for my frequent trips between Calais and Folkestone with my dog. Every aspect of their service is impeccable and so friendly. The first trip is always the most nerve-wracking for a dog owner but the drivers are so knowledgable and experienced in taking dogs back and forth over this border. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I don’t have enough room or time to say all the great things I want to say about this service. If you haven’t traveled from the States to UK with your dog, you cannot imagine how stressful it is. I don’t know how we would’ve managed without this fantastic service. We used them years ago, during a strike at the tunnel where people were lined up for HOURS, and now again this year. They make one of the most difficult travel experiences a breeze. They’re totally on top of it. And, while I haven’t encountered any problems with my pet certificate, they’re equipped to handle it should a problem arise. If you want to enter the UK with your pet, these are the people you need to make that happen. I’m a pain-in-the-ass American and I love this company.

Excellent driver
Just wanted to leave a comment as our driver, Usman, was very helpful and diligent. He was also friendly enough to accommodate an earlier pick up and thanks to his know how we were able to take an earlier train which was very welcome.

Amazing service – Bogdan is the best driver
The service was brilliant. Bogdan our driver arrived early and helped us every step of the way. He is very kind and friendly and made the trip go very smoothly for us. This was a much needed nice experience after a week of stressful travelling. The booking process was also very straight forward and Stef who was our main point of contact was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this service to anyone travel to UK with their pet!

I chose you because a frequent pet traveller recommended you most highly. Your email replies were very prompt and helpful. I look forward to traveling with you. I will say as a website suggestion that you might want to put more pictures of animals on, and make clear the link from Folkestone Taxi to Pet Travel and pet taxi. Because the names confused me and I wondered at certain point if the website I was interacting with was in fact the same people, who’d been recommended to me. I would also have loved to find a really quick bullet-point inset box about the journey and the booking process. — Having said all this, your website is just find and what really matter to me is speedy helpful kind correctly spelled information replies and you all get the gold star on your email communication
