We cannot thank you enough for collecting our daughters dog Tassel from Calais and escorting her back to the UK. Tassel was put in kennels for 24 hours by border control on route back from our daughters wedding due to dog passport not having worm stamp dated. Our daughter had to leave Tassel at Calais and return to UK to catch honeymoon flight.
Within 5 minutes of contacting you, arrangements were made for you to collect and return to us via channel tunnel, within 24 hours.
You took great care of Tassel, updated us and delivered her safely to us.
So many thanks to you all.
Without you, Tassel would have been in Calais for much longer.

Just writing to say we were very pleased with the overall Pet Taxi experience an in particular our driver, Haroun Soufizadeh. There were some construction issues, but he still managed to make out transfer quickly, safely, and on time. He was wonderful company to boot during the crossing. Thanks for the smooth experience.

Hope I’m sending this to the right place, but I wanted to say how amazing your driver Atif was during my trip.
I was bringing my cat from China on the ninth of this month, and sadly the paperwork meant she had to stay in France to work on her new French passport while I crossed over to the UK. Obviously this is upsetting news for someone to hear, let alone someone travelling for four days with no sleep, no food or water for twenty four hours, and very little energy left over. I was a bit of a state to say the least.
Your driver not only kept his cool about the abrupt change in journey, he tried his level best to look after me as well. He explained the process as best he could, never complained and was very attentive and caring all the way through. He was constantly trying to make me more comfortable, and I seriously would not have been able to make it through the day without him, he was a real trooper and tried his absolute best to make a terrible day not so terrible. Hundred and ten percent would recommend him and you guys to any of my friends, and when we go to pick up my (newly French) cat or bring our dog through next year, will be using your services again.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for a great service yesterday – all worked seemlesslyt from pick up at Paris Orly, to drop off in London. Given the circumstances, regarding dog delivery / transport, which I am getting to understand, your service worked perfectly. Lovely driver, super friendly, and very helpful – although next time i think i will opt for the bigger car, but definately a service we will use again – thank you!!

Peter and I would like to say a big thank you to Jonathan Clark for being such a great and safe driver to drive us from Paris CDG all the way home to Finchley. He was very polite and professional all the way. He offered us to take our cat out of the cage as he knew how stressful the plane journey was for us all.
He even arrived early as our plane and baggage arrived promptly and so we could make a head start home.
He knew his way around the pet passport area which was very helpful and confidently drove us to the lounge for coffee and food.
Also a big thank you to you Stef for booking us with the best driver and car. You were thoroughly professional and patient with Peter from start to finish answering our multiple questions. You understood when we had to wait for Easter’s rabies results before we could commit.
