Hi David,
I’m just writing to you to say thank you for the brilliant service you offered us last Thursday to take us with our dog from Paris to London.
Our driver Alex was great, he had helped us a lot when we had to go to the vet due to a little documentation problem in Calais.
He was always in a good mood and chatting with us. Very friendly!

John was our transfer driver taking us through the tunnel with two pups all pre booked, timed to perfection after an 8 1/2 hour drive from Dresden. 11:30am we made the change over from the cars. Got to the Passport center, looking forward to our pillows. Disaster, a clerical error meant were refused entry to Eurotunnel. We had been told to seek out a French veterinary to validate the pet passport and boarding kennels in the event we couldn\’t.
Despite having another transfer on, John dealt with both the pups and stunned travelers deftly. Finding & ferrying us around until a veterinary could be found, waiting for their return from casework, he even found us boarding kennels the latter thankfully we didn\’t need.
He kept our tired and dismayed spirits up, staying with us all day until we had resolved the issue. Much later then anticipated and got to the UK just after 6pm.
Not one gruff watch check, or word did he have, just calm resolution. He was an absolute hero!
I really don\’t know another service provider that would go above and beyond like that. I nominated him for an Exceptional Service Award on Trip Advisor – fingers crossed you win John – you deserve to.

Request for Quotation from Paris
Hello Stef,
Thank you once again for all your help yesterday! We enjoyed every moment of our trip with Steve, and we’re very grateful that Folkestone Taxis was there for us when we arrived, all the way till we reached our new home in Cambridge.
We’ve thanked Steve profusely yesterday for braving the peak hour traffic in Central London yesterday, but we also figured it wouldn’t hurt for us to share our appreciation again with the company too. Please help us thank him again if and when you see him!

He was friendly, professional and informative and did everything he could to help us with a journey that was until we met him not going to plan. I just wanted to write and say thank you so much for your help in getting myself, my daughter and Dolly safely to Barcelona – your booking and switching things around to fit in with our travel was really helpful.
Hameed was an absolute joy to travel with and took care of us all really well. It was great to have somebody so knowledgeable about the system and we felt very safe with him and on top of that he was wonderful company.
The whole service you offer is brilliant – thank you!
We spoke briefly about my friend’s dilemma of getting her large American Bull Dog back from Barcelona to the UK as she is unable to travel with her on public transport. Would you be able to give a costing for picking up in Barcelona and driving through Spain and France back to Folkestone.
Just to reassure you I have now met the dog (Tula) who is super-friendly and not the slightest bit dangerous..
