We were picked up at arrivals at Paris CDG, bang on time, by the pet courier, Usman. Dexter, our dog did not have to stay in the crate and was allowed to sit on the back seat with me. We were taking him on the last leg of a long journey, from West Africa to the UK, in style and comfort. When we made the booking, Stef and the team sent us the itinerary, including the type of vehicle – big enough to take the large crate, four pieces of luggage, 2 passengers, and hand luggage. Plenty of room – the driver’s name, and contact number (which was also, conveniently, his WhatsApp. So, we were able to be in touch with him before we flew out of The Gambia). After a long, and stressful journey to France, the pet taxi was just what we needed, to sit back, relax, and totally stress-free! This is the way to roll! Usman was a great help too, in explaining the process of taking Dexter through the Pet Reception area at Calais, to board the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle. So simple and straightforward. I wanted to say thank you so much for setting up this seamless transaction. From beginning to end you both were quick to respond to every question, directions there after were clear and conscious. Moving is stressful, adding an international move at that, even more bothersome but this company made it so easy. You will definitely get another call on our move out of here in 3 years, and a tons recommendations to all of our friends moving here in the future.

I must say, everyone with this company was great. All emails were returned in a timely manner, they have considered and direct answer to questions, and have overall helped to relieve a lot of he stress while planning traveling with our dog.

Ps. It might be worth mentioning to all drivers picking up at a Parisian train station that they have to park in a car park as the French police don t appear to like British-number plate vehicles waiting in the taxi-rank.
Thought to mention this as we lost a good 30 minutes at the beginning of the journey owing to this..but otherwise everything was super!

Thankyou for your email. Shortly after speaking to you my phone was cancelled so only just got a new sim card. But gary did manage to get that fiat, very small but managed to squeeze in. Just want to thank you guys for all your help! Been the most helpful company throughout our journey home! George our taxi driver was excellent! Never had such a wonderful experience! Friendly, polite and so helpful. 200 out of a 100! Went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely recommend your company to others!
