Getting our cat Chocolate from Vienna, Austria to Edinburgh, Scotland has been a sticky puzzle and a huge logistical challenge, so when I discovered Pet Travel Abroad on an internet search and received the very first warm and friendly email reply I relaxed immediately. The staff of Pet Travel, in the office and the drivers, have been incredibly helpful and, in fact, essential, to our goal of moving the cat. With the sudden loss of train connections to London the company stepped up again with a ride to Kings Cross, getting us there in comfort. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient people reduced stress to zero and were always happy to help. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I wanted to email to share our positive experience with you and Farid Aslamzada (who was our driver yesterday). We’ve used your services twice to date and both times, we’ve had very friendly, flexible and excellent drivers. Farid went above and beyond to accommodate our travel problems (missed flight, lost bag among other smaller issues) and kept a very positive attitude the whole trip which really helped after a long weekend of travelling.

I have used Pet Taxi / Pet Travel abroad for this and the reverse crossing with my dog six times in the last year or so. I would recommend the company without hesitation. Easy to deal with, professional, well informed, drivers know the ropes at the terminals, and on my last crossing, which was disrupted by a problem on the line near Calais, they were flexible and accommodating regarding the consequential rescheduling and delay.

I just wanted to say a huge thanks for getting me, my daughter and our dog safely back from Charles de Gaulle to NW London. Karsten (our driver) was knowledgeable, polite and kind. He really was an expert on what needed to be done and when in terms of pet transport, and was both courteous and a lovely guy. Would happily use again, and wholeheartedly recommend to others.
