I would like to thank you for an excellent service. Stef was great in providing quotations and various options to make the journey for my cat and I as quick and stress free as possible. The driver, Stewart Weller was fantastic. He was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport in Belguim and was incredibly helpful. It was so nice to have a taxi driver who cares for animals and knew exactly what to do when we did the Eurotunnel crossing to the UK. He escorted me through the process of having the cats microchip checked and we made excellent timing. I highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the services – my driver arrived perfectly on-time, and was a pleasure to speak with along the journey. He also helped me with any questions I had along the way about process through pet checks, etc. You have a very good service offering, and are one of the only companies that offer pet taxis – and I personally think you do a wonderful job. My experience with Pet Travel Abroad was amazing from start to finish.
The initial communication online with how everything works and booking was seamless and so straight forward, I didn’t once feel out of the loop or stressed. On the day, I was quite anxious as I had never done anything like this before and I was worried something would go wrong with the pet check in, but Carol was just fantastic! She was so lovely and put us at ease straight away. She explained what would happen if something was to go wrong and the whole process so even the worst thing didn’t seem scary anymore.
Luckily, everything went smoothly, we got through very quickly and Carol was fantastic company to have for the journey. From start to finish, the experience has left me trusting Pet Travel Abroad for their communication, care of my pets, and care of me.
