I just wanted to write to you briefly to tell you how happy I am with the service I received today.

Ali was amazing. Like really wonderful. On time, helpful , kind when I asked for dog wee stops, great at pet control at Calais .

The whole journey was absolutely seamless and I really can’t thank you enough.

Please pass on my thanks to him again too. I told him what had happened to us but he really needs to know how much of an impact he had on our whole experience.

I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company to any of my colleagues or friends.

What a great service Octavian provided today! Not only did he pick me up right on time, he also managed to squeeze us on the Shuttle much earlier, thus enabling me to catch a train (with two minutes to spare!) at Folkestone West more than an hour earlier than planned!
